Processing Times:                                                                                                                All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

. Print-on-demand (POD) items are made to order and may take the full processing time   before shipping.

. In-stock items shipped from our personal location are typically processed faster, within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

If you order includes both POD and In Stock items, they may ship separately as they will be coming from two different locations.

Shipping Times:

Shipping times vary based on your location and the item type.

. Domestic (US) orders: Typically arrive within 3-7 business days after shipment.

. POD itmes: May take 5-10 business days after the processing time due to the production time.

. International orders (if applicable): Delivery times vary and may take 7-21 business days after processing time.

Please Note: These are estimated delivery times and are not a guarantee.

Shipping Rates

Shipping cost are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tacking information. Please allow up to 48 hours tracking updates to appear.

Multiple Shipments

Because we ship from multiple locations, your order may arrive in separate packages at different times. You will receive tracking details for each shipment.

Delays

Oh Too Cute Creations is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carries, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control. However, we will always do our best to help you track down your package if needed.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by you the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered, Oh Too Cute Creations is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
